Kyle R. Blackmer Joins Otten Johnson

Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle R. Blackmer as an associate. Kyle represents clients in a variety of real estate and real estate finance transactions. He currently focuses on representing lenders on loans involving all types of real estate, including multi-family housing, mixed-use, office, and retail. Kyle received his JD from the University of Colorado Law School in 2011.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Lewis T. Babcock of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. While in law school, Kyle was editor-in-chief of the University of Colorado Law Review, and he was selected by the law school to tutor property law to first year law students. Before law school, Kyle was a researcher for Jim Collins, the best-selling author of Good to Great. Kyle worked on Mr. Collins’ books How the Mighty Fall: And Why Some Companies Never Give In (2009) and Great By Choice: Uncertainty, Chaos, and Luck—Why Some Thrive Despite Them All (2011).
