In March of 2013, Otten Johnson managing director and shareholder Jim Johnson moderated a panel at the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute's (RMLUI) annual conference. In this interview, Jim discusses the creation of the institute and its history. Also included in this video are two additional interviews with: Evan Dreyer of the Denver Mayor's Office talking about the City's "aerotropolis" initiative around DIA; as well as Susan Daggett, RMLUI's executive director, talking about the theme of the conference: “Land Use for a Lifetime.”
