Overview
Mary Jo Nolan works with the firm’s real estate attorneys on a wide range of matters. Mary Jo has extensive experience related to real estate finance, purchase and sale transactions, workouts and foreclosures, including multi-property acquisitions and secured transactions in all states. She has also taught seminars on title insurance and survey review for a number of the firm’s institutional lender clients. Mary Jo has been with Otten Johnson for her entire paralegal career (over 25 years), and is a key member of our real estate team.
