Christopher T. Toll

Chris Toll works with a variety of clients on their real estate needs in Colorado and throughout the United States. Many of these clients are involved in either existing projects or buildings that are still in the construction process. Chris is also experienced in purchasing and selling real estate of all types, including office, retail, hotel, multifamily and industrial properties, as well as raw land. As part of his practice, Chris also negotiates joint venture agreements for ventures that will own, develop and operate real estate assets.

Chris currently serves as the chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Representative experience includes:

• Acquisition and disposition of office, retail, multifamily, industrial, condominium and vacant real estate throughout the country.  Chris has assisted clients in various acquisition and disposition programs, including transactions involving individual buildings and the sale of a national portfolio of real estate assets
• Office leasing in Denver and throughout the country, including the full range of documentation from large leases with multiple rights and options, to complex amendments, to routine amendments, all with the goal of providing landlords with a complete and thorough leasing package that will facilitate future sale or financing transactions
• Retail leasing and development for various shopping centers, including preparing lease forms, as well as related development documentation, including easements and use restrictions
• Retail leasing for national tenants
• Build-to-suit leases and ground leases, including development and “pre-sale” transactions
• Purchase and sale transactions
• Tenant representation in the retail, office and industrial contexts
• Management agreements for office and multifamily projects
• Real estate transactions for telecommunications companies, including ground leases and acquisitions for above-ground sites supporting telecommunication lines
• Leasing for medical office building landlords, including creating lease forms for various types of tenants
