Overview

John Sternberg has served as counsel to some of the nation's largest developers on projects ranging from the redevelopment of entire blocks of downtown Phoenix, Albuquerque, Minneapolis and San Francisco, to the development of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial facilities in Denver. While John's primary focus has been on site acquisition, leasing, construction financing and disposition work for his commercial development clients, he also has devoted substantial time to the representation of retail tenants, sellers of mountain agricultural and ranch properties, construction and permanent lenders, real property investors and investment funds, condominium developers and asset managers.
