Overview
Kaydee Myers represents commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use real estate owners and developers in various stages of development, including acquisition, land use entitlements and dispositions. Kaydee has advised clients on annexations, zonings, subdivisions, development agreements, purchase and sale transactions, easements and licenses, and common interest community development under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA). Kaydee also has litigation experience in property-related disputes, including eminent domain.
While in law school, Kaydee interned for Justice Nancy Rice on the Colorado Supreme Court and participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, helping start-up companies with entity formation and protection of intellectual property rights. Kaydee currently serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
