Press Release: Otten Johnson Elects Dimitri Adloff and Stefanie L. Sommers as Directors and Shareholders of the Firm

Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) is pleased to announce that Dimitri Adloff and Stefanie L. Sommers have been elected shareholders and directors of the firm. Both Stefanie and Dimitri have already distinguished themselves both within the firm as well as in the community. Their new roles were effective January 1, 2015.

Dimitri Adloff joined the firm in 2008. He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa (2008); with Highest Distinction; Order of the Coif, and served as Associate Note Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. Dimitri’s undergraduate degree from Colorado College is in Comparative Literature. As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups, Dimitri will continue to represent banking, real estate, development and business clients in connection with their commercial disputes and real estate transactions; including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, leasing, financing, real estate related litigation, loan disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, condemnation cases and other commercial litigation.

Stefanie Sommers moved to Otten Johnson from another firm in 2011. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School (2008), where she served as Articles Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law & Policy. Stefanie received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. Stefanie is part of the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Practice Groups. Her practice will continue to focus on the representation of real estate developers and commercial property owners in all aspects of their real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property and leasing, as well as retail and mixed-use development.
