Otten Johnson Adds Michael "Ty" McKinstry and Michael E. Kaplan
Denver, Colorado – June 28, 2011 - Michael "Ty" McKinstry and Michael E. Kaplan have joined Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC (Otten Johnson) as associates.
Ty comes to Otten Johnson with an undergraduate degree in Accounting, as well as a J.D. from the University Of Colorado School of Law. He will focus on real estate and land use matters, and assist clients in the industrial, office, retail and finance industries.

Also new to Otten Johnson is Michael E. Kaplan. Another second-generation Denver attorney, Michael spent time working for a land use nonprofit, after receiving his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. His practice will focus on representing clients on real estate development, zoning, acquisition, disposition and real estate loan matters.
