The two-week trial to decide how much the Town of Telluride would have to pay for the 570-acre Valley Floor owned by the San Miguel Valley Corporation came down to a complete victory for the landowner, giving San Miguel Valley Corporation all of the $50,000,000 they sought in this eminent domain taking. Telluride's appraisers had valued the property at $26,000,000.
